Civil Engineering: Civil engineering is the profession of designing and executing structural works that serve the general public. The term was first used in the 18th century to distinguish the newly recognized profession from military engineering. From earliest times, however, engineers have engaged in peaceful activities, and many of the civil engineering works of ancient and medieval times—such as the Roman public baths, roads, bridges, and aqueducts; the Flemish canals; the Dutch sea defenses; the French Gothic cathedrals; and many other monuments—reveal a history of inventive genius and persistent experimentation.
Electrical Engineering: It is the branch of engineering concerned with the practical applications of electricity in all its forms, including those of the field of electronics.
In engineering practice, the distinction between electrical engineering and electronics is based on the comparative strength of the electric currents used. In this sense, electrical engineering is the branch dealing with “heavy current"

Mechanical Engineering:

Mechanical Engineering is an evergreen branch and finds its applications in almost all the Engineering fields. It is the branch of engineering concerned with the design, manufacture, installation, and operation of engines and machines and with manufacturing processes. It is particularly concerned with forces and motion.
Automobiles, Machinery of all kinds, workshop equipment, Aircrafts, various civil works etc. require the knowledge of Mechanical Engg., tools and gadgets etc. Mechanical Engineering is indispensable for various works and establishments.
